What we hold, and why.

When you join our waitlist, we collect your name and email address. We use this for one purpose: to contact you about access to the TRACE closed beta. We don't add you to a newsletter, sell your data, or share it with anyone else.
We keep your details until we've invited you to the beta, or until you ask us to remove them, whichever comes first — and in any case no longer than 12 months from the day you signed up. You can ask to see or delete what we hold at any time by emailing hello@traceteams.com, and we'll action it within 30 days.
The list itself is stored in Ireland, on Supabase, which processes it on our behalf and does nothing else with it.
The signup form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, a bot check that replaces the usual "click every traffic light" puzzle. It is there because the form was otherwise open to anything that could send a request. Cloudflare also hosts this site, so they see your IP address and browser user-agent when you load a page or submit the form. They act as our processor and do not use any of it to build a profile of you or to serve advertising.
We deliberately host no fonts, no analytics and no trackers from anyone else. Loading this page contacts nobody except Cloudflare, and the bot check is the only reason it contacts them at all.
